Who we are

Paliani Hotel, 13 Khergiani str., Mestia, Georgia, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us by phone at +995 595 67 00 05 or through the contact page.

Bookings

Online bookings are handled by our booking engine provider, Arealy (area.ly). The details you enter there (name, contact details, dates, payment) are processed by Arealy to make and manage your reservation, and shared with us so we can welcome you. We keep booking records as long as the law requires.

Messages and calls

If you call, write on WhatsApp or email us, we use what you send only to answer you and to prepare your stay.

Statistics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to see how visitors use the site and whether our adverts work, for example how many people open the booking page. These services set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker; the site works without them.

Server logs

Like any website, our server records requests (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them after a short period.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Contact us at +995 595 67 00 05 and we will reply as soon as we can.
